TMT Services Sdn Bhd is a full-service electronic repair business opening collaborating with Kenwood and Groupe in providing repair services to their products. TMT Services Sdn Bhd is under contract to provide authorized warranty service to manufacturers of Kenwood and GroupeSeb products.
In addition to business clients, TMT will be open to the general public for repairs of consumer electronics either with or without warranty service. The owner of the company has 25 years of experience in the consumer electronics repair field.
TMT Services aims to offer high-quality electrical repair services with a focus on convenience and rapid service. Additionally, TMT Services is technologically savvy with computerized monitoring of all parts inventory, to ensure that critical parts are always in stock, while keeping a balanced level of inventory to maximize inventory turnover. Finally, TMT Services has strong relationships with the regional vendors who are capable of shipping major parts rapidly (on an overnight timeline in most cases).

Their services called high quality sucks. It’s all rhetoric. You pay them labour charge they treat you with contempt. They never follow up with you and leave you in the lurch. You have to call them. Worst yet your product is still faulty when they give you back. Yeah and they tell you it’s fixed. I went there twice. When the third time I called them pleading to even provide a video to prove that my product is not faulty they refused. They insist I come back again. It’s mental agony. I gave up my coffee machine worth hundreds of dollars and my labour service. I forced them to promise to call me back and they never did. They monopolise all services for delonghi coffee machine services. You have to depend on their incompetence. I gave up my machine many others did. I always wonder why there are stacks of appliances left there on the shelves. If they refuse to provide services with integrity they will eventually hurt themselves. No point to sink my self into their incompetence. They will never call u and they never care for their customers but money
Why is it so so dificult to get thru .. trying calling many times .. only the machine will answer the call .. put on transfer.. nobody pick up..
